Merry Christmas from Taiwan!
A very Merry Christmas from Taiwan!

Although Christmas is not celebrated as a national holiday over here, it is certainly noticeable. Many of the big hotels and Western restaurants and pubs serve Christmas meals, and there are Santas a plenty.

Naturally part of this is to capitalize on the shopping bonanza, and the malls are all decked out in trees and decorations.

Still, it is unlikely that you will be coming to Taiwan to celebrate Christmas, so I'll leave you with a few images of Christmas in Taiwan, and wish you all the best for the festive period.
